The transfer is only to get to the hotel or to get to the departure point upon departure.
The service includes the assistance of an employee who usually waits for a hotel guest with a sign (it indicates the guest’s last and first name, the name of the hotel or travel company). Thanks to this, it is impossible to lose or confuse the necessary transport. In addition, drivers help with loading luggage and can deliver it to the hotel reception.
